Download a LitBuy spreadsheet template for Excel or Google Sheets that builds links and totals itself

Last updated .

Short answer: This free LitBuy spreadsheet template is an XLSX for Excel and Google Sheets with a Rows sheet that builds a LitBuy link from marketplace and item ID, converts yuan to euros at ¥1 = €0.158, and adds the Germany shipping step from LitBuy's estimator of 27 Oct 2026. Four semicolon-separated CSV files cover the haul list, QC checklist, size chart and a plain row template. Nothing needs to be installed.

The five free downloads

Start with the XLSX if you use Excel or Google Sheets; the CSV files are for quick lists. All CSV files use semicolons and a UTF-8 byte-order mark, so German Excel opens them with accents and the yuan sign intact.

One XLSX with formulas, four CSV files without.

What is inside the XLSX

The Rows sheet has fourteen columns: category, item name, marketplace, item ID, LitBuy link, price in CNY, estimated weight in kg, quantity, item in euros, line weight, size or colour, seller photos, date checked and notes. Pick Taobao, Weidian or 1688 in the marketplace column, type the item ID, and the link column builds https://www.litbuy.com/product/<code>/<id> on its own. Item euros are price times the rate on the Settings sheet times quantity. Below the rows, the sheet sums euros and kilograms, picks the Germany shipping step, and adds both into a total to the door.

The Settings sheet holds four numbers you can edit: the rate of ¥1 ≈ €0.158 (LitBuy's display rate, 27 Oct 2026) and the LIT-Economy-DHL-DE all-in steps of €23.08, €30.42 and €45.09. If you want ID extraction from a full URL, the link converter does that in the browser.

Type the ID and the marketplace; the rest is formulas.

Worked example: three rows in the template

Rows are hypothetical: a ¥110 tee at 0.25 kg, ¥270 jeans at 0.70 kg and ¥165 slides at 0.60 kg, one of each.

Totals block for three rows, Germany

Item euros: ¥545 × 0.158€86.11

Line weight: 0.25 + 0.70 + 0.601.55 kg

Shipping step (over 1 kg, up to 2 kg)€45.09

Total to door€131.20

The landed price calculator prices the same parcel at €124.60 because it interpolates; the template stays on LitBuy's quoted steps, so it errs high. Dropping the slides (0.95 kg) would bring the shipping step down to €30.42, a reminder to watch the 1 kg line.

The template rounds weight up; the calculator draws a line.

Import into Google Sheets

For the XLSX: in Google Sheets choose File, Import, Upload, then pick the file; "Replace spreadsheet" keeps the formulas. For a CSV: File, Import, Upload, and under Separator type choose Semicolon so the columns split correctly. The CSVs use German conventions (semicolons, decimal commas such as 0,158, and SUMME), so in an English-locale sheet change the commas in numbers to points and SUMME to SUM, or simply use the XLSX. This is also how to use the "litbuy spreadsheet google sheets" route without installing anything.

File, Import, Upload; choose Semicolon for CSV.

Open it in Excel

The XLSX opens by double-click. German Excel also opens the CSV files directly. In an English-language Excel, use Data, From Text/CSV, and set the delimiter to Semicolon. A sheet in Docs is not possible: Google Docs only holds a pasted table, so choose Sheets or Excel when you need formulas.

Excel works as is; English Excel needs the semicolon setting.

Using it with sheets you find

Treat the template as your own shortlist: paste rows from the sheet directory, add the seller photo status and the QC outcome, and sort by line weight. Check the row check guide before you trust a row, and see combining parcels before you finalise weights. No LitBuy account? Send the row to us via the WhatsApp QR on the contact page: one delivered price, photos before dispatch, pay per order.

A shortlist with maths beats a screenshot.

FAQ

How do I import the LitBuy spreadsheet template into Google Sheets?

Open Google Sheets, choose File, then Import, then Upload, and drop in the XLSX. Pick Replace spreadsheet or Insert new sheet. The Rows and Settings sheets arrive with their formulas, and the link column builds from marketplace and ID. For a CSV, choose Import location and set the separator to Semicolon, because these files use semicolons.

Does the template work in Excel and in Google Docs?

The XLSX opens in any recent Excel with formulas intact. The CSV files are semicolon-separated with a UTF-8 BOM, which German Excel opens by double-click. Google Docs has no cell formulas, so a LitBuy spreadsheet in Docs only works as a pasted table. Use Google Sheets when you want the maths to update.

What does the Settings sheet hold?

Four values from 27 October 2026: the rate of €0.158 per ¥1 (LitBuy's display rate) and the Germany all-in shipping steps of €23.08 up to 0.5 kg, €30.42 up to 1 kg and €45.09 up to 2 kg on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE. Change a value there and every row recalculates. Update them when LitBuy's estimator moves.

Why does the template total differ from the calculator?

The template uses the quoted steps only: a parcel of 1.55 kg falls into the 2 kg step at €45.09, while the landed price calculator interpolates between readings and gives €38.49 for shipping. The spreadsheet is the cautious figure. Above 2 kg its shipping cell says to run LitBuy's estimator instead of guessing.

Why does the haul list show SUMME in my sheet?

The haul list CSV was written with the German function name SUMME so that German Excel calculates it directly. English Excel and Google Sheets in an English locale show an error for it. Replace SUMME with SUM in cells E5 and F5, and change the decimal commas (0,158 and 0,7) to points. Both CSVs follow German Excel conventions; the XLSX works everywhere.

Is the template free, and can I use it without a LitBuy account?

Yes to both. The files are free downloads with no sign-up, and you can fill the rows with any Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link before you open an account. LitBuy itself needs an account to place an order, but planning costs and checking sellers does not. Keep the QC and date columns up to date as you go.
