From a sheet row to a parcel at your door: the seven steps of buying through LitBuy

Last updated .

Short answer: To use a LitBuy spreadsheet, open a row's link, check the item page and size chart, add the item and pay for that order, wait for the warehouse and QC photos, choose a shipping line, then submit the parcel and track it. LitBuy's estimator showed €30.42 all-in for 1 kg to Germany on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE on 27 October 2026. Each step below says what to look at.

What a sheet row is and what LitBuy does with it

In sheet language, a row is a single product entry holding a name, a CNY price, a photo and a link. The link opens a product page, and LitBuy, a China shopping agent, buys the item for you from the seller on Taobao, Weidian or 1688. The item travels to LitBuy's warehouse in Xiamen, gets photographed, and waits until you decide how to send it abroad. That waiting step is what lets several items share one parcel. Our LitBuy spreadsheet library works the same way: each card ends in a LitBuy link you can open.

The seven steps follow. The table gives a rough time for each, taken from LitBuy's help article (read 19 October 2026) and its estimator (27 October 2026).

The sheet only supplies the link; every decision after it is yours.

The seven steps at a glance

  1. Open the row. Use the LitBuy link; if it belongs to another agent, rebuild it with the link converter.
  2. Check the item page. Price, styles, shipment estimate and photos.
  3. Pick the size. Read the cm table, not the letter.
  4. Add to cart and pay. You pay per order.
  5. Warehouse and QC photos. Check them within 120 hours.
  6. Pick a shipping line. Compare days, tax label and all-in price.
  7. Ship and track. Submit the parcel, pay for it, follow the number.

Steps 1 to 3 cost nothing, so spend your time there.

Steps 1 to 3: open the row, read the page, choose the size

Open the link first. If the page says "The product has been removed from the shelves", the row is dead; the dead-links guide covers what to do. On a live page, LitBuy shows the CNY price with a dollar figure, the seller's shipment estimate, an "Expected to arrive at the warehouse by" date and the style and size options. Prices come from the seller, so the figure can differ by roughly 1 to 3 percent from the sheet. The longer check list sits in the row check guide.

Then choose the size from the table in centimetres. Chinese letter sizes often run smaller than European labels, so compare the chest or waist number with a garment you own. Column by column, the Chinese size chart guide and the size converter help you read it.

Pick the size from a measurement, never from the letter alone.

Step 4: add to cart and pay for the order

Add the item with your chosen style and size and pay. LitBuy's page offers fast purchase within 15 minutes, and an order left unpaid is cancelled after 72 hours. Payment is per order: you pay each order when you place it, and pay shipping later per parcel. The footer shows cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and others; Klarna needs your local currency, euro for a German address. Look at the total shown in your own currency at checkout, because that is what counts.

Prefer not to register? Our contact page has a WhatsApp QR: send a sheet row and get a single quote that includes delivery, pictures before the parcel leaves, and payment per order.

Pay only for the item now; shipping is decided after you have seen it.

Step 5: warehouse arrival and QC photos

When the seller's parcel reaches Xiamen, LitBuy checks quantity, colour, size, specification and visible damage, then takes the routine photos, generally three to six. They appear in your account. Extra custom photos cost ¥1 each, and a shoe video ¥7 (footwear only). If something is wrong, a return before international shipping must start within 120 hours of "Warehoused", the seller must accept, and both domestic shipping legs plus ¥5 are on you (help centre, read 19 October 2026). The QC photos guide shows what to measure.

Open the photos the day they appear; the clock is five days.

Steps 6 and 7: pick a line, submit the parcel, track it

Choose which stored items go together. Weight decides the price, so use the estimator or the landed price calculator. On 27 October 2026 LIT-Economy-DHL-DE showed €30.42 all-in for 1 kg, including LitBuy's tariff prepayment on tax-free lines. LitBuy also showed a 40% new-user shipping coupon banner; it applies to part of the fee. After packing, LitBuy recalculates on the chargeable weight and refunds or asks for a difference. Packing many items into one parcel is explained in the combine-parcels guide. SourceTrack on litbuy.com shows warehouse receipt and the QC image generation time (not the photos) for a tracking number.

Worked example: a hypothetical ¥130 hoodie and ¥60 tee in one parcel to Germany

Hoodie ¥130 and tee ¥60: ¥190 × 0.158 (LitBuy's display rate)€30.02

Estimated 0.75 kg + 0.25 kg = 1.00 kg, so the 1,000 g band on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, all-in€30.42

Landed in Germany, both items in one parcel€60.44

Weights are our planning estimates, not measurements. Shipped separately, the same two items would cost €50.96 and €32.56, or €83.52.

Decide the line after QC, once you know what is really in the parcel.

Commander avec LitBuy and Wie funktioniert LitBuy

For France, "commander avec LitBuy" means the same seven steps; pick a French line such as LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR (€31.63 all-in for 1 kg on 27 October 2026). The French country page shows rows that suit it: see LitBuy for France. For German-speaking buyers who search "wie funktioniert LitBuy", the answer is: open the link, check the size, pay, check the photos, build the parcel. EU import VAT applies from the first euro, and on LitBuy's tax-free lines LitBuy handles customs, duties and VAT; the Deutschland page, rows for DHL lines, has the detail. For example items to practise on, browse light add-ons.

The process is the same in every market; only the line list changes.

FAQ

How do I use a LitBuy spreadsheet if I have never ordered before?

Open one row, check the item page, choose the size and pay for that single order. LitBuy buys it from the seller, and the item goes to its Xiamen warehouse for photos. Nothing ships abroad until you submit a parcel, so a first order of one low-cost item costs little to learn from, and you can add more rows later.

Do I pay for the item and the shipping at the same time?

No. You pay per order when you place it and per parcel when you submit the parcel. The item charge covers LitBuy buying from the seller. Shipping is quoted later on the warehouse weight, with LIT-Economy-DHL-DE at €30.42 all-in for 1 kg to Germany on 27 October 2026. That separation lets several orders share one parcel.

How long does a LitBuy order take from sheet row to my door?

LitBuy's help article (read 19 Oct 2026) gives the agent 24 hours to order, three to five days for the seller to reach the warehouse, and about a day each for inspection and packing. Then the line's own window applies, such as 10 to 15 working days on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, so plan on roughly three to five weeks door to door.

How does LitBuy work for buyers in Germany (wie funktioniert LitBuy)?

You paste or open a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link, LitBuy buys the item and it arrives in Xiamen for photos. You then choose a German line. LIT-Economy-DHL-DE is marked tax free, and its 1 kg all-in price on 27 October 2026 already includes LitBuy's tariff prepayment. On tax-free lines LitBuy handles customs, duties and VAT, so you pay nothing more on delivery.

What should buyers in France know before they order with LitBuy?

The steps are identical; only the lines differ. On 27 October 2026 LitBuy's estimator showed LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR at €31.63 all-in for 1 kg, 10 to 15 working days, and STF-Colissimo-FR-1 at €31.83. Both are labelled tax free, while HF-EMS-FR leaves duties to the recipient. Compare the all-in figures, not the headline price.

What if my sheet row is not a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link?

Rows from Yupoo albums, Xianyu or Xiaohongshu go through Fill & Buy on LitBuy's diy-order page. LitBuy says an extra service fee may apply, there are no no-reason returns, and it cannot verify quality or authenticity. First try to find the matching Weidian or Taobao listing, because that gives the normal product page and QC.
