Make a shareable image of your planned LitBuy parcel with every item, weight and total

Last updated .

Short answer: The LitBuy haul card maker draws a 1080×1350 PNG from a list of items, each with a name, a price in yuan and an estimated weight. It adds the shipping on the line you pick, using LitBuy's all-in estimator readings of 27 Oct 2026, and prints a total. Three hypothetical items to the UK come to £95.12. Download the image, copy the text version or share it from a phone.

How to fill in the card

Give the card a title, pick the destination and line, then type one item per line as name; price in ¥; estimated kg. Press Draw card. The preview updates in the canvas, the text version fills the box below it, and Download PNG saves a 1080×1350 image. Copy text puts the same numbers on your clipboard, and on a phone a Share image button appears when the browser allows file sharing.

The card is for a parcel you are planning or have already placed. It says "Estimate" in the footer on purpose, so nobody mistakes it for an invoice.

One line per item, one picture out.

What the picture contains

The top shows your title and the shipping line with the estimator date, 27 Oct 2026. Below that come up to twelve numbered items with the yuan price and weight. The bottom block has three lines: items converted at LitBuy's display rate, shipping for the combined weight (all-in, so EU tariff prepayment is already inside) and the total to the door. Prices of single items are never converted individually on the card, only the sum.

Items, shipping, total, nothing else.

Worked example: three items to the UK

Using the sample list with hypothetical prices (a ¥110 tee at 0.25 kg, ¥270 jeans at 0.70 kg, ¥165 slides at 0.60 kg) and the UK line FF-Royalmail-GB-1, converted at ¥1 ≈ £0.132:

Haul card for three items, UK

Items: ¥545 × 0.132£71.94

Shipping, 1.55 kg: 16.83 + 11.55 × 0.55£23.18

Total to the door£95.12

Switch the line to Germany and the same list totals €124.60, in euros and with Germany's all-in price, which includes the EU tariff prepayment that the UK line does not have. The UK page explains the VAT side in short form.

Same items, different line, different card.

How accurate the total is

The shipping line is straight-line interpolation between LitBuy's 500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg readings, and above 2 kg it extends the 1 to 2 kg slope with no warning on the card. If your parcel passes 2 kg, run the landed price calculator, which flags it and checks volumetric weight. Item weights are your own estimates; our category pages, such as the tees page, list planning figures.

Fine for sharing, not for accounting.

Posting it and keeping a list

A 4:5 portrait suits Reddit, Discord and Instagram. Keep the item list as plain text in a file: the haul list CSV holds the same columns with totals, and the spreadsheet template page has the fuller version. To find items worth putting on a card, browse the finds library or convert a sheet's links with the link converter.

Draw it, label it as an estimate, post it.

FAQ

What does the haul card show?

It shows a title, the shipping line and the date of the estimator readings, then up to twelve items with price in yuan and weight, the item subtotal in your currency, the shipping for the combined weight and a total to the door. The footer marks it as an estimate. A text version of the same numbers sits below the canvas.

What format should I type the items in?

Put one item on each line as name, price in yuan and weight in kilograms, separated by a semicolon, comma, vertical bar or tab. The sample reads Boxy tee; 110; 0.25. Names are cut at 34 characters, the title at 26, and anything after the twelfth line is ignored, so keep the list short and tidy.

What size is the image and how do I save it?

The canvas is 1080 by 1350 pixels, a 4:5 portrait that suits Reddit, Discord and Instagram posts. Press Download PNG to save it as litbuy-haul.png. On phones that support sharing files, a Share image button also appears. The image is drawn in your browser from what you typed and is not uploaded anywhere, so close the tab and it is gone unless you saved it.

Is the total on the card a receipt?

No. It is an estimate from our calculation, not a LitBuy invoice, and the card says so. Shipping is read from LitBuy's estimator on 27 October 2026 and interpolated between 500 g, 1 kg and 2 kg, so the final figure can differ after LitBuy weighs the packed parcel. Please label shared cards as planned or estimated.

Which countries and lines can I pick?

Five lines: Germany on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE, Austria on SSF-DHL-AT-1, France on LIT-Quickly-GOFO-FR, the UK on FF-Royalmail-GB-1 and the US on ZF-GOFO-US-1. Each uses LitBuy's own display rate for yuan, which was €0.158, £0.132 and $0.177 per ¥1 on 27 October 2026. The landed price calculator offers more lines for each country, so use it if you want a different carrier.

Why does a bigger list cost less per item?

Shipping is priced on the whole parcel's weight, so the fixed part is shared. In the Germany example, one 0.25 kg tee carries €23.08 of shipping at the 500 g price, while three items weighing 1.55 kg carry about €38.49 together, or €12.83 each. The card shows the total, so compare per-item costs with the calculator.
