How big the server is and why that matters
LitBuy's official Discord is a server named LITBUY. Its invite is written as plain text, discord.gg/litbuyofficial, and Discord's invite API showed about 216,957 members and about 21,350 online on 27 October 2026. Our reading on 19 October was about 207,500, so the server gained roughly 9,500 members in eight days. About one member in ten was online, which suggests a busy room.
Size cuts both ways. A large server has people who have answered your question before, and it also attracts impersonators. Everything below is about the first point and the safety measures for the second. This page names no other server, because the official one is the only Discord we describe. The sheet directory sets Discord beside the other places sheets appear.
The official server is large, active and a magnet for look-alikes, so check the name and member count.
The 25% coupon rule for joining, without any code
LitBuy advertised a 25% shipping coupon for joining the Discord (read 19 October 2026). We print no code, and you should not type one from a stranger. The rules we can state are these:
- It is a shipping coupon, so it lowers a parcel fee and not the item price.
- One shipping coupon applies per parcel.
- Coupons are tied to one account.
- Per the interface text, shipping discounts and coupons cannot be combined.
That last rule matters if you also see the Sign Up & Get 40% OFF Shipping Coupon banner for new users (27 October 2026). On that day the 40% banner brought the 1 kg Germany price on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE from €24.11 to €18.25, about a quarter off the list price, because it applies to part of the fee. The tariff prepayment was not shown as discounted. Read the current terms in your account before you plan a parcel around either offer, and use our landed price calculator for the all-in figure.
The coupon is a rule to read in your account, not a code to collect from a chat.
Finding find channels in general terms
We did not read this server's channels, so what follows are the types large buying servers usually have, not a list of LITBUY's own. Names change, so look for the type instead of a fixed title. Announcement channels usually carry notices such as shipping-line changes. Find or sheet channels collect links. Request channels (W2C, short for where to cop, a request for a link) let members ask for a hard-to-find item. QC and haul channels show photos of finished orders. Help channels are for how-to questions.
| Channel type | What you will see | How to use it safely |
|---|---|---|
| Announcements | Notices from staff, line or fee changes | Compare with LitBuy's notices page |
| Finds and sheets | Member links by category | Open the link; rebuild it from the item ID |
| W2C requests | "Looking for this item" with a photo | Check several replies, not the first one |
| QC and hauls | Photos of arrived items | One buyer's opinion, one lighting setup |
| Help | Questions about steps | Keep order details out of public view |
Use the search box with your item word, then sort out the oldest hits. The W2C guide shows how to phrase a request, and the dead-links guide deals with finds that no longer open.
Search by item, check the date and open the link.
Staying safe: impersonators, direct messages and screenshots
Three habits cover most risks. Confirm you are in the server named LITBUY with a member count in the hundreds of thousands. Ignore direct messages that offer codes, cheaper shipping, refunds or "priority" service. Keep your address, order number and payment details out of any channel. LitBuy takes payment per order in its own checkout, so there is never a reason to pay a person.
Trustpilot, read 19 October 2026, listed complaint themes such as coupon exclusions and slow refunds after cancellations, which is why people ask about them in chat. A public room cannot fix an account. For a stuck order use LitBuy's support from your account, and use the server for general questions. The Reddit page describes the slower, searchable alternative.
The server is a good place to ask and a bad place to trust anyone's private offer.
Worked example: a ¥200 windbreaker found in a find channel
The price is hypothetical, converted at LitBuy's display rate of ¥1 ≈ €0.158 (27 October 2026), which is higher than typical bank rates. A windbreaker is estimated at 0.50 kg, so it sits in the 500 g band. LitBuy's all-in estimator price for 500 g to Germany on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE was €23.08 on that day, tariff prepayment included.
One ¥200 windbreaker, shipped alone
Item: ¥200 × 0.158€31.60
Est. 0.50 kg, 500 g band, LIT-Economy-DHL-DE all-in€23.08
Landed in Germany, before any coupon€54.68
A request thread suggests adding a ¥90 tee (est. 0.25 kg). The parcel then weighs an estimated 0.75 kg and moves up to the 1,000 g band.
Windbreaker plus tee in one parcel
Items: ¥290 × 0.158€45.82
Est. 0.75 kg, 1,000 g band, all-in€30.42
Landed in Germany, two items€76.24
The tee adds €21.56 in total. That is the step from the 500 g band to the 1,000 g band. The windbreaker already sits at 0.50 kg, so any add-on crosses it, but once you are in the 1,000 g band a second light item up to the limit costs only its own price. The windbreakers page and the light add-ons page show the choices. Not signed up to LitBuy yet? Scan the WhatsApp QR on the contact page and send us the row; the answer is one delivered price, photos before dispatch, and payment per order.
Check whether an add-on crosses a weight band before you accept the suggestion.
FAQ
Which Discord invite is the official LitBuy server?
On 27 October 2026 the invite discord.gg/litbuyofficial resolved to a server named LITBUY with about 216,957 members, according to Discord's invite check. That is the one LitBuy advertises. Look for the same name and a member count in the hundreds of thousands. A server with a similar name and a few hundred members is not the official one.
How does the 25% shipping coupon for joining work?
LitBuy advertised a 25% shipping coupon for joining its Discord (read 19 October 2026). The rule, not a code: it is a coupon on shipping, one coupon applies per parcel, it is tied to one account, and interface text says shipping discounts and coupons cannot be combined. Read the current terms on LitBuy's banner before you plan around it.
Can I get order support in the Discord server?
Treat the server as a community, not an account desk. Staff or members may answer general questions, but nobody can see your account details through a public channel. For a specific order use LitBuy's own support in your account or the support email on LitBuy's Returns & Exchanges page, and never post your address or full order screenshots publicly.
Is a direct message offering a code or help from a stranger legitimate?
Assume not. Anyone can send a direct message, and an unsolicited offer of a coupon, a cheaper parcel price or a faster refund is the standard opening of a scam. LitBuy shows its coupons in your account and on its website banners. Ignore the message, do not click links in it, and report the account to the server moderators.
How many people are in the LitBuy Discord and is it growing?
Discord's invite check showed about 216,957 members and about 21,350 online on 27 October 2026. Our earlier reading on 19 October was about 207,500, which is roughly 9,500 more in eight days. These counts include inactive and automated accounts, so use them as a rough guide to size rather than as a count of active buyers.
Where do I find sheets and finds inside the server?
Look for channels whose names mention finds, sheets, W2C requests, QC or hauls, and read any pinned rules before posting. Channel lists change, so we do not print names. Use the search box for your item word, check each message's date, and always open the link to confirm it still loads on litbuy.com.
