The LitBuy spreadsheet as a product library: filter rows by euro total, weight and QC before you open a single link

Last updated .

Short answer: A LitBuy spreadsheet is a list of product rows with links you open in LitBuy, the China shopping agent. This one is a filterable library: every card shows the seller's CNY price, an estimated weight, a euro figure for shipping that single item to Germany and a direct LitBuy link. Filter it below, open a row, check the photos, then decide what shares a parcel.

This month's finds from the catalogue

Photos and prices come from bestbuyspreadsheet.com, which has 10,000+ products to pick from. Tap a card for the product page with every photo and agent links. The set changes every month.

76 rows

These rows are picked from a catalogue of 10,000+ product links on bestbuyspreadsheet.com, unbranded items only, with categories in the order people search for them: most rows for jeans, shoes, women's pieces, jackets, sets and jerseys. Each card gives the seller's CNY price, an estimated weight, the item in euros at LitBuy's own display rate (¥1 ≈ €0.158 on 27 Oct 2026) and the total to Germany if that item travels alone on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE. A new set appears every month.

How to read a card: "To Germany alone" = item ≈ € + LitBuy's all-in estimator price (shipping plus the EU tariff prepayment) for the next weight step above the estimated weight: €23.08 up to 500 g, €30.42 up to 1 kg, €45.09 up to 2 kg (27 Oct 2026). Weights are estimates for the category, not measured. Several items in one parcel cost less per item; work out your own parcel in the landed price calculator.

What a LitBuy spreadsheet holds, and why this one is filterable

A LitBuy spreadsheet (people also type “LitBuy spreadsheets”, “LitBuy sheet” or the misspelt “LitBuy spreedsheet”) is a shared table of product rows. A typical row has a photo, a short name, a price in yuan, and a link that opens the item inside LitBuy, the shopping agent that buys from Taobao, Weidian and 1688 and ships the goods from its warehouse in Xiamen. Most sheets live in Google Sheets and get passed around on Reddit, TikTok, Telegram and Discord; our directory of LitBuy spreadsheets by source explains each type.

The trouble with a classic sheet is that you scroll hundreds of rows to find the three you can afford to ship. So the library at the top of this page works like a sheet with filters: pick a category, a euro ceiling, a weight band and the QC option you want, and only the rows that pass stay on screen. Each card answers four questions at once: what the seller charges, roughly what it weighs, what it costs in euros if it travels alone, and where to open it.

The shipping steps behind every euro total

Shipping is not this site's main subject, so here is the one table you need. On 27 October 2026 we ran LitBuy's freight estimator for five markets. The all-in column is LitBuy's own euro total from the same answer: it adds the tariff prepayment that the estimator's headline price leaves out on EU “tax free” lines (¥40 per parcel on most of them, covering LitBuy's flat €3 duty charge and the €2 EU processing fee for parcels submitted after 25 October 2026).

United StatesZF-GOFO-US-18–16$41.17$41.17 (no prepayment)

For any other weight, line or basket, the landed price calculator does the sum and gives you a link you can share. Country notes, including which rows suit each line, sit on the Deutschland page and its siblings for Austria, France, the UK and the US.

One kilo to Germany costs about €30 all-in on the cheapest LitBuy line; plan rows around that step.

Three rows, two ways: alone or in one box

Here is the sum the cards do for you, extended to a small haul. Take three hypothetical rows: a ¥110 tee (estimated 0.25 kg), a ¥270 pair of jeans (0.70 kg) and ¥165 slides (0.60 kg). At ¥1 ≈ €0.158 the items come to €86.11 together.

Three parcels, one item each (Germany, LIT-Economy-DHL-DE all-in)

Tee: €17.38 + €23.08 (≤500 g)€40.46

Jeans: €42.66 + €30.42 (≤1 kg)€73.08

Slides: €26.07 + €30.42 (≤1 kg)€56.49

Total, three parcels€170.03

One parcel, about 1.55 kg estimated

Items (¥545 × 0.158)€86.11

Shipping, 2 kg step, all-in€45.09

Total, one parcel€131.20

The single box saves €38.83, and the 2 kg step is a ceiling: at 1.55 kg LitBuy charges for the real packed weight, so the true figure sits between the 1 kg and 2 kg prices. The full method, including volumetric weight for bulky jackets, is in the guide to combining LitBuy parcels.

Fill a parcel close to its weight step; a lone tee pays more for postage than for the shirt.

Browse by category, style, budget and person

The library gives the most rows to the categories people search for most, with jeans and shoes at eight each. Each category also has its own page with a sixteen-photo grid of its own, the size and fabric details that matter for that kind of item, and a worked euro example. Start with the most searched one, LitBuy spreadsheet jeans (1,000 searches a month in Germany alone), or jump straight to what you need:

Budget hunters (the German searches say “billig” and “günstig”) should read the under-€10 page first: for a lone item under about ¥146 (€23.08), the 500 g postage step costs more than the item itself, unless the row rides along in a fuller parcel.

Pick the category page when you know what you want; use the library when you only know your budget.

Where LitBuy sheets come from, and how to check a row

Sheets are made by buyers and creators, not by LitBuy, so quality varies. The usual homes are Reddit threads, TikTok bio links, Telegram channels, Beacons link pages, Discord servers (LitBuy's official server had about 216,957 members on 27 October 2026), Yupoo albums and multi-agent link rows. Each has its own page:

Whatever the source, check a row the same way. Open it in LitBuy and confirm the item loads with a price; a removed item shows “The product has been removed from the shelves.” Strip any inviteCode= tail if you prefer a clean link: it belongs to the sheet's maker and the link works without it. Then compare the seller's photos with the row's claims, read the size chart in centimetres, and only then add it. The nine-column row check walks through it, and the link converter rebuilds Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links in LitBuy's format.

Trust the item page, not the sheet: a row is only as current as the day someone last opened it.

QC: what you can see before and after LitBuy buys

Searches for “LitBuy QC” (90 a month in Germany) and “QC checker LitBuy” (70) suggest people expect a public photo archive. LitBuy has none that we could open: its community share page asks for a login (checked 27 October 2026). Real photos of your own item arrive after it reaches the warehouse, usually three to six routine shots, with custom photos at ¥1 each and a 20-second video for footwear at ¥7. LitBuy's SourceTrack page shows when the QC images were generated for a given tracking number.

Before you order, the seller's listing photos are the evidence you have, which is why the library lets you filter for listings with eight or more photos. The QC finder lists every place real photos turn up, and the guide to reading LitBuy QC photos shows what to measure in each category.

Judge a row by its seller photos first and by LitBuy's QC photos before you ship.

Free tools that work with any LitBuy sheet

Six tools sit beside the library, all free and without sign-up: a link converter, the QC finder, a spreadsheet template for Excel and Google Sheets with the euro formulas built in, a Chinese size converter, the landed price calculator whose result travels in the link, and a haul card maker that turns your parcel into an itemised image for a Discord or Reddit post. If you are new to all of this, the seven-step guide to using a LitBuy spreadsheet starts from zero.

Bookmark the calculator and the converter; they cover most questions a sheet raises.

LitBuy spreadsheet questions, answered with the library's numbers

Why do people type “LitBuy spreedsheet” or “lit buy spreadsheet” into Google?

Mostly typing slips. Semrush counted 1,300 monthly searches for “litbuy spreedsheet” in Germany and 110 for “lit buy spreadsheet” in the US in its October 2026 data, against 5,400 for the correct spelling in Germany alone. All of them lead to the same thing: rows of products with links that open in LitBuy. The spelling does not change the sheet, so this page answers all three versions.

Is the “To Germany alone” figure on a card the price I will pay?

No, it is a planning figure. It adds the item in euros at LitBuy's own display rate (¥1 ≈ €0.158 on 27 October 2026) to LitBuy's all-in estimator price for the next weight step: €23.08 up to 500 g, €30.42 up to 1 kg. The real charge follows the packed weight, the line you pick and the exchange rate at checkout, so treat the card as a ceiling for one item travelling alone.

Where do the products in this library come from?

The photos, names and CNY prices come from bestbuyspreadsheet.com, a catalogue with 10,000+ product links. We take unbranded rows only, give the most-searched categories (jeans, shoes, women's pieces) the most rows, and a new set appears every month. The LitBuy link on each card is rebuilt from the seller's item number in LitBuy's own format; we opened six of them on 27 October 2026 and all six showed a live price in CNY and US dollars.

Can I use the LitBuy link without an invitation code?

Yes. The cards link to the plain LitBuy product page, so nobody earns anything from your click. LitBuy's welcome offer, shown on 27 October 2026 as a 40% shipping-coupon banner for new sign-ups, is advertised to every new account. An invitation code mainly pays the person who shared it a share of your shipping, so you lose nothing by registering without one.

How many items should share one LitBuy parcel to Germany?

Enough to use most of the weight step you pay for. Our worked example puts a tee, jeans and slides (about 1.55 kg estimated) into one parcel for at most €131.20 instead of €170.03 as three separate parcels, a saving of €38.83. Past 2 kg, run LitBuy's estimator with your real weight, and keep an eye on the 60 × 50 × 40 cm size limit of the cheapest German line.

Does LitBuy show QC photos before I order?

Not publicly. QC photos are taken after the item reaches LitBuy's Xiamen warehouse, normally 3–6 routine shots, and appear in your account; extra photos cost ¥1 each and a 20-second shoe video ¥7. Before you order, the seller's own listing photos are what you have, which is why each card shows how many seller photos the listing carries and the QC filter can pick rows with eight or more.
