A directory of LitBuy sheets by source: what each type holds, which columns to expect and how to tell how old it is

Last updated .

Short answer: LitBuy spreadsheets, also called LitBuy sheets, come in about eight kinds: haul trackers on Reddit, creator link pages from TikTok and Beacons, Telegram drops, Discord find channels, Yupoo photo albums, agentlinks rows and Google Sheets or website hubs. This page lists each kind, its usual columns and how to date it, so you can judge a row before you open it. It ranks nothing.

Eight kinds of LitBuy sheet, side by side

A LitBuy sheet is any list whose rows point to Taobao, Weidian, 1688 or JD listings that LitBuy can buy. Where the list lives decides how it is built, how old it tends to be and what the columns look like. The table sorts them by source. A "row" is one product line; "W2C" (where to cop) is the community's word for a request to find a product; "QC" means the quality-check photos LitBuy takes after your item reaches its warehouse.

LitBuy sheet types by source: usual columns, how to date them, main weakness
SourceUsual columnsHow to date itMain weakness
Reddit haul trackerItem, price in CNY, link, QC link, ratingPost date and comment datesRows reflect one buyer's order, not today's price
TikTok bio linkCategory tabs, product names, link buttonsVideo upload datePage may be edited without any visible date
Telegram channelPhoto, name, price, one link per postMessage timestampScrolling, not filtering; old posts linger
Beacons-style link pageTabs per category, button per itemRarely shownNo columns, so no weights or QC
Discord find channelImage, link, short commentMessage dateFree text; threads move fast
Yupoo albumPhoto sets, seller's article numbersAlbum upload dateNo LitBuy link, needs Fill & Buy
Agentlinks rowOne item, one link per agentSheet or tab dateSeveral links per row, tails on each
Google Sheet or website hubCategory, name, price, weight, QC, dateVersion history or a date columnQuality depends entirely on the maker

Eight kinds does not mean eight levels of quality. A Telegram drop with a fresh timestamp can be more reliable than an undated spreadsheet with hundreds of rows. The question to ask of each source is whether the row tells you what the item is, what it costs and when somebody last looked.

Sort a sheet by source first, then ask whether its rows carry a price, a link and a date.

Reddit and Discord: threads, pins and find channels

Reddit is where most spreadsheet-style haul trackers are shared. LitBuy's footer links r/LitBuy_Community (seen 19 October 2026), and posts there usually hold a pinned list or a Google Sheet in the comments. The columns mirror what a buyer wrote down: item, CNY price, link, a pasted QC link and a star rating. Because each row is one buyer's order, the price is a snapshot. Our Reddit sources page shows how to read a thread and what flairs mean.

Discord is a chat, not a sheet, but it feeds sheets constantly. LitBuy's official server showed about 216,957 members and 21,350 online on 27 October 2026, up from about 207,500 on 19 October, roughly 9,500 more in eight days. That is a lot of people posting finds, so rows scroll away within hours. Our Discord page describes the find channels in general terms and how to turn a screenshot into a link.

Reddit rows are dated by the post, Discord rows by the message; neither is dated by the seller.

TikTok, Beacons and Telegram: link pages and drops

TikTok creators put one link in their bio, and that link opens a creator page with category tabs and a button per item. These pages rarely have columns, so you will not see weight or QC; you see a name and a button. The TikTok page covers how to open a bio link without landing on a wrapped affiliate address. Beacons-style pages behave the same way, and our Beacons page explains the tab layout.

Telegram channels post one find per message: a photo, a name, a price and a link. They are quick to read but impossible to filter, and the timestamp is the only date you get. The Telegram page lists what to check before you trust a drop. For all three, the useful habit is to copy the item ID out of the link and rebuild a clean LitBuy URL, which the link converter does for you.

Link pages and drops are leads; copy the item ID and rebuild the link before you commit.

Yupoo albums and agentlinks rows

Yupoo albums are photo galleries run by sellers. They hold many pictures per product but no LitBuy link, so the route is: find the seller's Weidian or Taobao listing, or send the album through LitBuy's Fill & Buy page. Fill & Buy can add an extra service fee, has no no-reason returns, and LitBuy says it cannot verify quality or authenticity on those orders. The Yupoo page walks through the album-to-link step.

An agentlinks row is the opposite: one product with a link for each shopping agent side by side. Only the LitBuy link matters for you, and it is the one containing litbuy.com/product/. Our agentlinks page shows how to pick that cell and ignore the rest. Many of these links end in a tail such as inviteCode= that belongs to whoever made the sheet. Removing it does not break the link.

Yupoo needs a link found first; agentlinks needs the right cell picked.

Google Sheets versus website hubs

A Google Sheet is a file: columns you can sort, a version history you can read, and a copy you can make for yourself. A website hub is a page built from a database, so it can offer filters, photos and a search box, but you cannot always see when a row changed. The two overlap, and the format you prefer is a matter of habit. The sheet websites page compares them on a phone, and the free sheet page shows how to copy a Google Sheet into your own Drive.

Column sets differ more than formats do. A good Google Sheet usually has category, item name, marketplace, item ID, CNY price, estimated weight, size or colour, a photo or QC link and a date checked. Our free template uses almost that exact list, which you can open from the template page. A weak sheet has a name and a link, and nothing else.

Columns matter more than whether the list is a file or a web page.

How to date a sheet before you trust a row

Few sheets show a date, so you have to look for one. Work through these in order and stop as soon as you have an answer.

  1. Look for a date column. A "date checked" cell on each row is the best signal, since it dates the row, not the file.
  2. Read the version history. In Google Sheets, File, then Version history shows every saved edit. No history means a copy pasted from somewhere else.
  3. Use the post date. Reddit, TikTok, Telegram and Discord all show when something was posted. That dates the link, not the item.
  4. Open six links. LitBuy's product page shows a CNY price and, for a removed item, "The product has been removed from the shelves." Count how many open.
  5. Compare against 2026 rules. A shipping note that mentions the old EU tariff figure or lacks the new US line is older than late October 2026; see the 2026 changes page.

If you want a scoring method for the result, the scorecard page turns these checks into ten points.

Date the row, not the file, and test six links before you trust any of it.

From a sheet row to a euro total

Whichever source a row comes from, the maths is the same. This example uses hypothetical prices, converted at LitBuy's own display rate of ¥1 ≈ €0.158 (27 October 2026), which is higher than typical bank rates; the total in your currency at checkout is what counts. Weights are our planning estimates, not measurements. The shipping figure is LitBuy's all-in estimator price for 1 kg to Germany on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE on 27 October 2026; the landed price calculator has the full breakdown.

Two rows from two sources, alone and together (Germany)

Hoodie row from a haul tracker: ¥150 × 0.158€23.70

Hoodie alone, est. 0.75 kg, 1,000 g band all-in€30.42

Tee row from a creator page: ¥60 × 0.158 = €9.48, plus 500 g band all-in €23.08€32.56

Two separate parcels: €54.12 + €32.56€86.68

One parcel, est. 1.00 kg: ¥210 × 0.158 = €33.18, plus €30.42€63.60

Saved by sharing one parcel€23.08

The two rows came from different sources, and it made no difference to LitBuy: both resolve to an item ID, and the parcel is weighed at the warehouse. The combine-parcels guide explains weight bands. No LitBuy account? Send the row to us via the WhatsApp QR on the contact page: one delivered price, photos before dispatch, pay per order.

Source changes the research, not the maths: item IDs in, one parcel weight out.

Where to go from the directory

If the sheet you hold is a Google Sheet, start with the scorecard. If it is a link page, rebuild links first. If you only want to browse rows by type, the LitBuy spreadsheet library on the home page filters by category, euro total and weight. The usual categories people look for are jeans, shoes and hoodies.

Pick the source you already have, then open its page and follow the checks.

Questions about LitBuy sheets and where they come from

Is a LitBuy sheet the same as a LitBuy spreadsheet?

Yes. People type litbuy sheet, litbuy sheets, litbuy spreadsheet and litbuy spreadsheets for the same thing: a table of product rows with links that open in LitBuy. Semrush counted 1,900 monthly searches for the plural in Germany in October 2026, plus 140 for litbuy sheet. The word changes nothing about the content, so judge every list by its columns and its date.

Which kind of sheet is the easiest to check?

A Google Sheet with a date column and a QC column is the easiest, because every row can be checked on its own. Open six rows and compare the product page price with the sheet price. On 27 October 2026 we opened six Weidian rows through LitBuy's product URL and each showed a price. A creator link page with no columns takes longer to verify.

Do Telegram and TikTok sheets stay current?

Rarely for long. A post is dated by when it went up, not by when the seller last changed the listing, and marketplace items are delisted all the time. LitBuy shows 'The product has been removed from the shelves.' for a removed item. Treat anything older than a few weeks as a lead to re-check rather than a price you can rely on.

Can I use a sheet built for another agent?

Yes, if the row has the marketplace item. The item ID in a Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link is the real identifier, and LitBuy's format is litbuy.com/product/ followed by a platform digit and that ID. Rows that only hold another agent's wrapped link need the ID pulled out first. Our link converter does that in one paste.

How do I find the date of a Google Sheet?

Open File, then Version history, then See version history. It lists every saved version with a date and an editor name or colour. If the sheet is view-only you may still see 'Last edit was made...' in the menu bar. No history and no date column means you cannot date the rows, so score it low and re-test its links.

Are the images in a sheet the same as LitBuy QC photos?

No. Sheet images come from the seller's listing or from a previous buyer, while QC photos are taken in LitBuy's Xiamen warehouse after your item arrives, usually 3 to 6 per routine set. LitBuy has no public QC gallery on its site, and the community share page needs a login (checked 27 October 2026). A QC column in a sheet is therefore a pasted link or a note.
