What a LitBuy QC finder can and cannot do
Searches for "litbuy qc" and "qc checker litbuy" expect a gallery of buyer photos. LitBuy does not publish one: on 27 October 2026 the community share page at litbuy.com/com-share needed a login, and the photos of your own order sit inside your account. A tool that promised to pull other people's QC photos by item number would be inventing them.
What the box above does is build the real routes for one item: paste a LitBuy, Taobao, Weidian or 1688 link, or a bare Weidian number, pick a category and it prints four places to look plus a checklist.
No archive exists, but there are four honest photo sources.
Where real photos of an item can be found
| Source | When | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Seller gallery on the LitBuy item page | Before ordering | The seller's own pictures, often the best-lit ones |
| Original listing reviews | Before ordering | Buyer photos on Weidian, Taobao or 1688, often in Chinese |
| r/LitBuy_Community search | Before ordering | Posts that mention the item number |
| LitBuy's Discord search | Before ordering | Chat history that includes the number |
| Your own QC photos | After warehousing | Generally 3 to 6 routine photos; more at ¥1 each |
| SourceTrack | After shipping to the warehouse | The time QC images were generated |
Community posts can be old, edited or about a different seller's version of the same product, so match the item number, not the title. Our Reddit sources page and Discord page explain how to search them.
Seller and review photos first, community posts second, your own QC last.
The checklist per category
The category menu changes the list under the results. Clothing and jeans focus on flat measurements against the seller's chart, stitching and wash. Shoes add insole length in millimetres, glue lines and a pair-matching check. Bags check size with a ruler in frame, zips and straps; jewelry checks the material word, ring diameter and clasp; tech checks plug type and notes that LitBuy does not test electronics. For a printable version, download the QC checklist CSV.
Each category gets four checks, not forty.
Worked example: what extra photos cost
Take a hypothetical pair of slides. You want three custom photos (outsole, ruler across the insole, left-right comparison) and the shoe video, since slides count as footwear. At LitBuy's display rate of ¥1 ≈ €0.158 (27 Oct 2026):
Extra QC on one pair of slides
3 custom photos: 3 × ¥1€0.47
Shoe video, 20 s: ¥7€1.11
Total extras: ¥10€1.58
That is small next to the €30.42 LitBuy's estimator showed for 1 kg to Germany on LIT-Economy-DHL-DE on 27 October 2026. Work out the whole parcel with the landed price calculator.
Extra photos cost cents; a wrong size costs a return.
Using SourceTrack and your account
SourceTrack accepts a tracking number and lists the order time, purchase completion, warehouse receipt, inbound shelving and the QC image generation time. Use it to learn whether photos are ready yet, then open them in your account. The step-by-step view of reading what arrives is in the QC photos guide, and a row-level check before you order is in the row check guide. Footwear owners should also read the shoes page for sizing.
No LitBuy account? Send the row to us via the WhatsApp QR on the contact page: one delivered price, photos before dispatch, pay per order.
SourceTrack tells you when; your account shows what.
FAQ
Does LitBuy have a public QC photo archive?
No. LitBuy's community share page at litbuy.com/com-share asked for a login when we checked on 27 October 2026, and QC photos of your own order appear only inside your account. That is why this tool links to places where photos exist instead of showing them. Anyone claiming a searchable LitBuy QC database is describing something LitBuy does not publish.
How many QC photos does LitBuy take, and what do extras cost?
Routine QC is generally 3 to 6 photos per item, covering front, back and side or logo views. Extra custom photos cost ¥1 each, which is €0.158 at LitBuy's display rate, and a 20-second video for shoes costs ¥7, about €1.11. These figures come from LitBuy's help centre, read on 19 October 2026, and the interface showed Free QC and Custom QC labels on 27 October.
What does LitBuy QC not cover?
LitBuy's help centre says QC checks quantity, colour, size, specification and visible damage after the parcel is opened and weighed. It does not cover colour difference, size error, wear effect or whether electronics work. Because of that gap, compare flat measurements in your photos with the seller's chart in centimetres and ask for a ruler photo when size matters.
What does SourceTrack show?
SourceTrack at litbuy.com/third-order-query takes a tracking number and shows order time, purchase completion, warehouse receipt, inbound shelving and the time QC images were generated. It tells you when photos should exist, not what they show. We read the page on 27 October 2026; LitBuy does not publish how photos are shown there.
Where can I see real photos of an item before ordering?
Start with the seller's gallery on the LitBuy product page, then open the original Weidian, Taobao or 1688 listing and read the buyer photos in its reviews. After that, search the item number in r/LitBuy_Community and in LitBuy's Discord search box. Photos from strangers vary in lighting, so treat them as hints and not as proof.
How do I request extra photos on my own order?
Once the item shows as warehoused in your LitBuy account, add custom QC photos for ¥1 each and name what you want, for example a ruler across the chest or a close-up of the label. Shoes can also get the ¥7 video. Ask before you ship abroad, since returns must be started within 120 hours of warehousing.
