Parfum and fragrance rows on LitBuy sheets: what to ask support first and what a bottle costs to Germany

Last updated .

Short answer: Fragrance is a liquid, so contact LitBuy support before you buy any bottle: LitBuy's restricted-goods text says liquids need a question first and that some lines refuse perfume. For planning, we use an estimated 0.40 kg per glass bottle. One ¥150 bottle shipped alone to Germany comes to about €46.78 on LitBuy's general-goods line (27 Oct 2026); two bottles together cost less per bottle.

Ask support first: the one step that decides everything else

A perfume row on a sheet is the only category on this site where the order of steps matters more than the price. LitBuy's estimator text lists liquids, creams, powders and cosmetics as items to raise with support before buying, and perfume is named as a liquid that some lines refuse. LitBuy does not publish which lines those are. So the grid above is a shopping list for a question, not for a checkout.

Send support the LitBuy product link, the format (bottle or decant), the quantity and your country. Wait for a written answer that names a shipping line. If you have no LitBuy account yet, the WhatsApp QR on our contact page lets you send us the row instead; we quote one delivered price and send photos before dispatch, and you pay per order.

Prices on this page use LitBuy's displayed rate of ¥1 ≈ €0.158 (27 Oct 2026). It is higher than most bank rates, so the total at checkout in your own currency is the number that counts.

No answer from support, no order: that rule saves more money than any cheaper listing.

Formats you will see in fragrance rows

Chinese listings and the sheets built from them sell fragrance in a handful of formats. "Parfum" is the word German and French readers search for, and the listing may say 香水. The table shows what each format means for the parcel. Price spans are examples for planning, not a count of rows.

Weights marked "not sourced" are gaps, not zeros: LitBuy does not publish them and we did not weigh anything. Use the 0.40 kg figure when you plan a bottle, and let the packed weight in your account correct it.

Pick the format after you know the line, because a smaller bottle only helps if support says yes.

Bottle maths: one bottle, two bottles, three

The weight bands come from LitBuy's estimator on 27 October 2026, general goods, Germany, line LIT-Economy-DHL-DE (10–15 working days). LitBuy's own all-in figure includes the EU tariff prepayment of ¥40 per parcel. Support may name a different line for liquids, so read this as a floor, not a quote.

Two hypothetical bottles (¥150 and ¥120) to Germany

Bottle 1 alone: ¥150 × 0.158 + €23.08 (500 g band)€46.78

Bottle 2 alone: ¥120 × 0.158 + €23.08€42.04

Two parcels, added up€88.82

Items together: ¥270 × 0.158€42.66

Shared parcel, est. 0.80 kg: 1,000 g band all-in€30.42

Total, one shared parcel€73.08

Sharing saves €15.74 here. A third bottle (¥90, est. 1.2 kg in total) moves the parcel to the 2,000 g band: ¥360 × 0.158 = €56.88 plus €45.09 is €101.97. For the other markets, LitBuy's 1 kg price on 27 Oct was £16.83 (FF-Royalmail-GB-1) and $41.17 (ZF-GOFO-US-1); neither has a tariff prepayment. Try your own numbers in the landed price calculator.

Two bottles in one parcel cost €15.74 less than two parcels, if the line takes them.

Glass, seals and what the QC photos can show

On arrival LitBuy opens the parcel, weighs it, and checks quantity, colour, size, specification and visible damage. For a bottle that means three to six routine photos of the carton and bottle. It does not mean a test of the scent or the liquid level. Extra photos cost ¥1 each, and the ¥7 video applies to footwear only.

  • Ask for the cap and sprayer, close up, to see a seal or a loose collar.
  • Ask for the base of the bottle and the print on the carton, to compare with the seller's pictures.
  • Ask whether the carton has any dents; a crushed corner often means a cracked bottle neck.

Our QC photo guide explains the routine set, and the QC finder shows where to look for real photos before you buy.

QC shows the outside of the bottle, so choose extra photos that answer one question each.

Customs and rules for Germany, France and the UK

Import VAT in Germany is 19% from the first euro, and 20% in France. On LitBuy's tax-free lines, LitBuy handles duty and VAT itself, per its Shipping Policy. On EMS lines marked duties payable by recipient, the post office collects VAT, duty and its clearance charge at the door. In the UK, VAT up to £135 is collected at the point of sale.

Customs may hold goods suspected of infringing trademarks (EU Regulation 608/2013), and France treats trademark-infringing goods as a customs offence. Choose bottles with plain, unbranded packaging if you are unsure, and always declare the contents truthfully.

Let the line label tell you who collects VAT, and never relabel a liquid.

Fragrance is dense and fragile, so pair it with soft, flat items that cushion the box and fill the weight band: a scarf or a pair of socks from light add-on rows weighs an estimated 0.10 to 0.15 kg. The combine-parcels guide explains how to hold items in the warehouse until the parcel is full. For gifts, room decor and women's rows may suit the same buyers.

Sheets with fragrance tabs usually come from Reddit threads and creator pages; links to rows outside the main marketplaces go through Fill & Buy, which LitBuy treats separately. Start from the LitBuy spreadsheet library for the next category.

Pad the bottle with light, soft items and keep the whole parcel inside one weight band.

FAQ

Can I ship perfume to Germany with LitBuy?

Possibly, but not automatically. LitBuy's restricted-goods wording on 27 October 2026 says liquids, creams and cosmetics need a question to support before you buy, and that some shipping lines refuse perfume. LitBuy does not publish a list of accepting lines. Ask with the product link and your country, wait for a written answer, then place the order only if a line is named.

Is a decant safer to send than a full bottle?

A smaller container carries less liquid and less glass, so there is less to break or refuse. It is still a liquid, though, and LitBuy's wording does not exempt small volumes. Ask support about the exact row. We have no sourced weight for decants, so only the estimated 0.40 kg figure for a glass bottle is used in our examples.

Why does one bottle weigh so much in a parcel?

A boxed bottle carries thick glass, a cap, a carton and padding, so a 100 ml bottle is far heavier than 100 ml of liquid. We plan with an estimated 0.40 kg per glass bottle. That lands a single bottle in LitBuy's 500 g band, which on Germany's LIT-Economy-DHL-DE line is €23.08 all-in, before the bottle's own price.

Will import VAT apply to a bottle bought through LitBuy?

Germany charges 19% import VAT from the first euro, and on LitBuy's tax-free lines LitBuy handles that collection. On lines marked duties payable by recipient, you pay VAT and any duty on delivery. Since 1 July 2026 the EU also applies a flat €3 duty per item category on low-value parcels. Check the line label before paying.

Do QC photos show what is inside the bottle?

No. Routine QC shows the outside: front, back and sides of the box or bottle, usually three to six photos, with extra shots at ¥1 each. LitBuy checks quantity, colour, size and visible damage, and does not test contents. Ask for an extra photo of the cap seal and the batch print on the box.

How many bottles should go in one parcel?

Two bottles at an estimated 0.40 kg each give 0.80 kg, which fits LitBuy's 1,000 g band at €30.42 all-in to Germany instead of paying €23.08 twice. A third bottle reaches 1.2 kg and the 2,000 g band at €45.09. Whether a line accepts several liquids at once is something support has to confirm.
